The Investor Relations Analyst is an experienced position that works on a hybrid schedule in our HQ office in Elmsford, New York. The Analyst will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and will provide support to our existing legacy High Net Worth (HNW) investors.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for our investors and answer any questions regarding their investments and properties
  • Manage and maintain the investor website
  • Send out regular quarterly distributions, status updates, and financial reports
  • Prepare distribution schedules for investors as requested
  • Familiarize yourself with properties so that you are knowledgeable and can represent them to our investors
  • Perform analytical work for capital calls
  • Maintain IRR and EM (equity multiple) calculations on an ongoing basis
  • Prepare pro forma projections for each property
  • Run various reports in MRI as needed

Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Aptitude to learn new systems quickly (i.e. MRI)

The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
