What We Offer:
The Investor Relations Analyst is an experienced position that works on a hybrid schedule in our HQ office in Elmsford, New York. The Analyst will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and will provide support to our existing legacy High Net Worth (HNW) investors.

Technical Skills:
The expected salary range for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000. The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.

The Investor Relations Analyst is an experienced position that works on a hybrid schedule in our HQ office in Elmsford, New York. The Analyst will report to the Executive Vice President & Chief Investment Officer and will provide support to our existing legacy High Net Worth (HNW) investors.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for our investors and answer any questions regarding their investments and properties
- Manage and maintain the investor website
- Send out regular quarterly distributions, status updates, and financial reports
- Prepare distribution schedules for investors as requested
- Familiarize yourself with properties so that you are knowledgeable and can represent them to our investors
- Perform analytical work for capital calls
- Maintain IRR and EM (equity multiple) calculations on an ongoing basis
- Prepare pro forma projections for each property
- Run various reports in MRI as needed
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to successfully engage with investors and internal teammates
- Ability to effectively distill information to investors
- Ability to implement efficient processes to coordinate and track data for investors
- Excellent organizational skills

Technical Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Excel
- Aptitude to learn new systems quickly (i.e. MRI)
