About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator is a key player on the DLC Marketing Team, supporting both our corporate brand and property marketing initiatives. This is a dynamic, cross-functional role where you’ll help bring our properties and brand to life across digital, print, and social platforms.


From keeping our website up to date to coordinating engaging marketing content, you’ll ensure materials are accurate, on-brand, and impactful. You’ll collaborate with teams across the company to keep marketing efforts running smoothly and support big-picture strategic goals with tactical precision.

Responsibilities:
  • Property Marketing
    • Keep property pages updated with current tenants, site plans, photos, and demographics
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate property data
    • Manage property visuals, virtual tours, and third-party listings (e.g., LoopNet, Crexi)
  • Collateral & Content Management
    • Maintain and update marketing collateral such as brochures, pitch decks, and leasing flyers
    • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy of content
  • Content Collection & Internal Updates
    • Gather content from store openings, construction, and on-site events
    • Update internal screens and maintain the content library
  • Digital and Social Media
    • Assist in compiling monthly social media performance reports
    • Support content calendar planning with the Content Marketing Manager
    • Calendarize and upload podcast to Youtube/Vimeo
  • Project & Admin Support
    • Organize folders, trackers, and marketing calendars
    • Manage inbox, invoices, and team meeting agendas
    • Support cross-functional deadlines and assist with ad hoc tasks

Soft Skills/Behaviors:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to successfully engage with all levels of organization
  • Naturally curious with desire to think creatively and strategically
  • Ability to multitask and pivot in a constantly evolving environment

Technical Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1-5 years of experience
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Canva

The expected salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $80,000.  The actual compensation will be based on factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, market and business considerations and other factors permitted by law.
